(NB: To install simply remove the 6 screws in the bottom of the box - unclip the yellow tags and 1/4 turn the element bowl ; AIR MUST BE OFF)

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Stage 1
  • Primary pre-filter (5 microns) - Pre filter removes large particles and bulk emulsified water, giving essential and long life protection to 2nd and 3rd filters (For optimum filter life a 75-micron filter should be fitted to the compressor)
• Stage 2
  • Coalescent filter (0.01 micron) - Coalescent filter ultra-high efficiency, removes secondary oil and water, giving a remaining oil content of 0.01ppm (typical) after oil removal element. Fitted with an in line pressure gauge, indicating the output pressure from this filter.
• Stage 3
  • Carbon filter (0.001 micron) - Carbon filter removes the odour from the compresses air. Also the remaining oil content 0.005ppm after the activated carbon element @21c. The carbon element changes colour from white to red when contaminated. This indicates that replacement is immediately necessary.
